FinMinds 2025
Business starts before college.
FinMinds is a two-day conference created to empower future business enthusiasts before they enter college.
Day 1 brings top speakers from across Europe and major business hubs such as Belgium together with Romanian entrepreneurs. Their experience spans banking, business, finance, real estate, marketing, management, and technology.
Day 2 moves into a practical workshop. Participants form teams, cooperate under pressure, compete for career-changing prizes, and present their thinking to an experienced jury.
With its partners, FinMinds plans to improve the chances of participants and alumni receiving internships and job experience at leading institutions.
After Edition 1, 16 young people joined summer experiences developed with ING Romania, working alongside professionals and specialized juries. Edition 2 aims to multiply those places and expand the summer opportunities available.
